CANCELLATION PROCESS
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase of our service packages or your purchase was made by mistake , you are entitled to сancel purchase and return funds in full , depending on the volume of services provided.
All cancellations must be requested by email transcontinentalexportscompany@gmail.com at no later than 14 days after payment . The reason for the return must be described in detail in the request .
REFUNDS PROCESS
After receiving your cancellation request , we will start process your return. In case you made a purchase by mistake or within 14 days after you made the payment, our company's service did not contact you to provide the promised services , you will be issued a full refund. Refunds may take up to 14 banking days to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
In the case If You were provided with the services promised in the package description, we will reject your cancellation request.
